PAST, PRESENT, AND FUTURE

SELF ANALYSIS ?!!!

Before, I let little things in life make me upset , and big things let me down. I always worry a lot. Everything went wrong. I told to myself that things would get better, but alas! It was getting worse. It seemed life had been thrown into reverse. Many bad things happened. And I can remember everything!!! (I am an absent-minded lady).

Suddenly, a light sparked. ***

An optimistic attitude can make everything better.

So, I tried to change my outlook and YES, the sadness seemed to be going.

The bad things were not really bad!! It seemed to worsen because I was worried.

I tried to laugh and smile and the smile came back to me.

WHAT YOU SOW, SO YOU REAP.

But this was/is extremely difficult to follow?

Again and again, I try to take things easily. This lessens my fear. Now, I don’t let the little things or the big things make me upset or let me down.

Life seems to be much more improved, but it isn’t the life that has changed. It is my attitude towards life and my re-arrangment. Before also, I did everything that I am doing now. The only difference is my approach.

I recollect something which I read or heard somewhere.

“Whenever the thoughts of past and future comes, tell yourself that you cannot change or edit your past and you have no control over your future. The only thing possible is to do your best in the present and leave everything to Lord Narayana. Slowly, you’ll feel the presence of GOD in everything. It is HE who guides us in everything”. (Out of our ignorance, we feel that we are doing everything).

LATE REALISATION BUT NOT TOO LATE.

STILL TRYING, TRYING AND TRYING TO BE PRESENT IN THE PRESENT!!!!!
